Ownership Disclosure & Customer Choice
House Call Home Inspection and Right Way Construction Group are separate companies with common ownership. Clients and agents are free to choose any inspection company or contractor. Using either company does not require using the other. Right Way accepts reports from any inspection company, and requesting repair pricing does not obligate you to hire Right Way or authorize construction work.
Do I have to use House Call Home Inspection to use the Repair Desk?
No. Right Way Construction Group accepts repair requests based on House Call reports and reports from other inspection companies. Agents and clients may submit the full report or only the items they want reviewed.
Is a Repair Desk request a final construction proposal?
No. Budgetary guidance supports early decision-making when information is sufficient. A formal proposal requires complete scope information and sometimes a site visit.
Can clients choose another contractor?
Yes. Any Right Way estimate or construction agreement is separate from the inspection. Clients remain free to choose any contractor.
